The objectives of the "Adult education restyling towards a more oriented professional identity building" (My Professional ID) project are:
O1 > Develop training resources and tools for the acquisition of linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies.
O2 > Up-skill adult educators with linguistic, digital and professional identity building competencies.

Results
Module Linguistic Competencies
The Module on Linguistic Competencies covers the following competencies:
- Addressing audiences;
- Understanding an interlocutor;
- Conversation;
- Goal-oriented cooperation;
- Explaining data;
- Breaking down complicated information;
- Facilitating collaborative interaction with peers;
- Managing interaction.
* Reference - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning, teaching, assessment.
The module has been tested during a 3 days training course that was hosted in Nuoro, from the 28th to the 30th of March 2023.
Based on the data gathered related to the learning achievements of the international training course an Assessment Report has been elaborated.
Module Digital Skills
The Module on Digital Skills covers the following competencies:
- Developing digital content;
- Creatively using digital technologies;
- Interacting through digital technologies.

The module has been tested during a 3 days training course that was hosted in Berlin, from the 1st to the 3rd of August 2023.
Based on the data gathered related to the learning achievements of the international training course an Assessment Report has been elaborated.
Module Professional Identity Building
The Module on Professional Identity Building covers the following competencies:
- Professional competencies assessment;
- Soft skills assessment;
- Building professional identity.
The module has been tested during a 3 days training course that was hosted in Braga, from the 30th of January to the 1st of February 2024.
Based on the data gathered related to the learning achievements of the international training course an Assessment Report was elaborated.
